Non personalized orders are shipped 1 to 2 business days once ordered.
Personalized orders are shipped 2 - 4 business days once the orders are received.
We package all orders very well to insure maximum security, and decrease damage. We understand "things" can happen. If you find your item has arrived damaged please contact us, so we may instruct you to the procedure needed to process a refund and/or replacement. Different shipping offers different coverage. Upon check out you will also have a choice to insure your item.
