Orders are shipped out of the state of Connecticut, USA.

Please note: due to COVID the shipping delivery times are NOT guaranteed and can be longer than the normal estimated time. Caribbean Charm is NOT responsible for the longer shipping time frames, and NO refunds will be given if purchases are NOT delivered in the anticipated time frame.
Also, express shipping is NO longer guaranteed delivery.
 
Below is the estimated time-frames, but unfortunately due to COVID the time frames have been longer and are NOT guaranteed delivery.

UPS Ground - 3 to 8 days delivery once shippedNO Saturday delivery. Allow 1 - 2 days to be shipped. Personalized orders allow 2 - 8 business days to be shipped.

Packages shipped to the East Coast - estimate 2 to 3 business days once shipped.
Packages shipped to the Mid West - estimate 3 to 4 business days once shipped.
Packages shipped to the Central States - estimate 3 business days once shipped
Packages shipped to the West Coast - estimate 4 to 5 business days once shipped.

UPS 2 day - 2 business days delivery once shipped. NO week end delivery.  Allow next day to be shipped. Personalized orders allow 2 to 4 days to be shipped.

UPS 3 day - 3 business days delivery once shipped. NO week end delivery.  Allow next day to be shipped. Personalized orders allow 2 to 4 days to be shipped.
 
Example for UPS 2 day: If order is shipped on Thursday, shipment will arrive on Monday (Friday - business day 1, Monday - business day 2).
 
UPS Overnight Express - 1 business day afternoon delivery once shipped. No week end delivery. Allow next day to be shipped. Personalized orders allow 2-4 days to be shipped.
 
UPS Overnight Express - PRIORITY
1 business day morning delivery once shipped. No week end delivery. Allow next day to be shipped. Personalized orders allow 2-3 days to be shipped.

USPS Priority Mail - estimate 2 to 4 days delivery once shipped.  Saturday delivery.  Allow 1 - 2 days to be shipped.  Personalized orders allow 2 - 8 business days to be shipped.

Post Office First Class - estimate 1 to 5 days delivery once shipped. Saturday delivery. Allow 1 - 2 days to be shipped.  Personalized orders allow 2 - 8 business days to be shipped.

Non personalized orders are shipped 1 to 3 business days once ordered. 
Personalized orders are shipped 2 - 10 business days once the orders are received. This time  frame could be extended in the Holiday season. Please select an EXPRESS SHIPPING method if you need your order RUSHED. It would be UPS 2 DAY or OVERNIGHT shipping.
 
We package all orders very well to insure maximum security, and decrease damage. We understand "things" can happen. If you find your item has arrived damaged please contact us, so we may instruct you to the procedure needed to process a refund and/or replacement. Different shipping offers different coverage. Upon check out you will also have a choice to insure your item.
 
Each shipping carrier has certain policies that need to be followed to receive an appropriate claim. It is the responsibility of the customer to know the policies and to follow the polices to receive proper reimbursement if necessary.
 
UPS
Caribbean Charm will make the claim. The customer will need to have the damaged order available for pickup. Once FedEx pickups the damaged packaged, they will review to see if the damage was indeed made by them. Once this has been determined a replacement of the item will be sent to the customer. Fed Ex is insured up to $100. However, orders over $100 additional insurance will need to be purchased upon checkout.
 
USPS Priority Mail
Caribbean Charm will make the claim. The customer will need to bring the package to the local post office where a review will take place to determine if the damage was indeed done by them. Once confirmed a replacement will be shipped. USPS priority mail is insured up to $50.00, additional insurance is needed to cover a higher cost. Firs Class is NOT insured unless the customer purchases insurance upon checkout. Caribbean Charm is NOT responsible to cover the cost of the claim if the customer did NOT purchase insurance.
 
USPS Priority Mail International
Caribbean Charm will make the claim and a form is sent to the customer.  When they receive the form they will need to bring the package to the local post office who will work with them to determine if the damage was made by them.  Upon determination - a replacement will be shipped.
